Alongside with my affiliate marketing experiment is another simple project on search engine optimization and backlinking. I have read so many conflicting teachings and ideas about SEO. As a beginner, I am sometimes confused whom to believe.

The traditional techniques I will be using will be article submission, link submission to website directories, and the usual link exchange with other sites.

I have actually uploaded two affiliated sites from Moreniche and are currently sitting at “no page rank” status with Alexa. Let’s see how this traditional techniques work with this new sites.

As for this blog, I will do some link exchange and directory submission. Should I include Entrecard dropping here? It seems that there is some serious problems with the Entrecard system as of today.
